Payment Methods
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. You can pay using Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Amex.
All transactions are in pounds sterling (Ј).

VAT and duty
All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (Ј) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.

If your order is being despatched outside of the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then your invoice will include VAT at 17.5%. To show prices exclusive of VAT please deselect the check box on the registration page when you first Sign In or in the My Account section if you have previously registered with us.

Duty and Customs Information
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that KIDZ BED LINEN cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.

Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between KIDZ BED LINEN and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the KIDZ BED LINEN web site. KIDZ BED LINEN is an e-commerce site wholly owned and controlled by KIDZ BED LINEN. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully. You agree not to change these Terms of Sale from the form presented by Us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by You are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. All communications made thus far by Us are invitations to treat only.

Acceptance of Order
Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us either by sending You an email which is received by You explicitly stating this or our dispatching the goods to You with a dispatch note issued to You by us. Receipt of an order via the KIDZ BED LINEN website by us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. Any errors or omissions in any promotions leaflet, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by Us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by You, confirming where reasonably requested to do so by Us any telephone orders, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery (as the case may be) to enable us to deliver the goods to the delivery address notified by You.

Sales of Goods
All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. KIDZ BED LINEN will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via PayPal. Please allow 7-10 working days for clearance of personal cheques. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.

Delivery of Purchased items
Delivery is dependent on customers choice of 24 hours, 48 hours or the standard up to 7 day for UK Customers. We regret we are unable to give timed deliveries. Delivery will normally be next working day from the clearance of payment provided item is in stock.

Accuracy of Information
KIDZ BED LINEN takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact our customer services team by phone or via email to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of loading items on to the e commerce website of KIDZ BED LINEN, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium.

All items are purchased directly from manufacturers and we guarantee that they will be sold to you as purchased. All goods sold comply with current legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Right of Cancellation 
The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing KIDZ BED LINEN in writing within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period"). Goods - from the date the order is accepted by KIDS BED LINEN until seven days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to KIDS BED LINEN in an unused, original packing and as new condition complete. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Alternatively KIDZ BED LINEN can arrange the return of the goods at the customer’s expense. KIDZ BED LINEN will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery to KIDS BED LINEN where necessary.

Pricing 
Retail selling prices Excludes value added tax. This is not a TAX invoice. We are constantly monitoring the major competition to ensure that our prices are as competitive as possible.

Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at the time of opening the package please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. We will arrange to replace the goods. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.

Privacy Policy 
KIDZ BED LINEN will use the information supplied by you through the ordering/registration page to process and fulfil your order. We may also use it to tell you about changes to our services, inform you of special offers and new product offerings that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information from us in the future please uncheck the box on the order form.
